1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions (" T&C ") apply to all services offered through the website.These Conditions applies excluding any other conditions (unless otherwise explicitly agreed and approved upon in writing by the parties)

The Website is owned and maintained by Benoît D’heygere, known under the commercial denomination of “Everybody at Work", with registered office at Groeningestraat, 25, 8500 Kortrijk and registered with the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises under number 0830.398.984, and with VAT BE0830.398.984.

Please carefully read these T&C. By creating a user account or by using the Services offered by Everybody at Work, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the present T&C. If you do not agree with these T&C or our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services we offer.


2. Changes to the website or the T&C

Everybody at Work reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of the Website or these T&C. Please review these T&C periodically for changes. The date at the top of this page indicates when these T&C were last updated. By continuing to use the Website you agree to be bound by these T&C as amended. If you do not agree with the amended T&C, you must not continue to use the Website after the date on which the amendments take effect.


3. Nature of Service

The Service offered by Everybody at Work consists in matching jobseekers with companies. Everybody at Work cannot be seen as employer, principal or any other responsible of the services offered directly by workers to the companies.

As the operator of the online platform, Everybody at Work is only an intermediary, and therefore we cannot intervene in anyway in the relation that develops between a company and a worker. Each worker is free to decide if he/she wants to answer positively to a companies offer to enter into a relationship and each company is the sole responsible for the worker he ends up choosing. We are not in any way responsible for the behavior of companies or workers and for damages that they may cause to one another. It is up to the Users themselves to solve such problems.


4. Register and identification of Workers

The Worker can register for free by completing the online registration form. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your identity (e.g. age, gender). It is prohibited to use an alias or the identity of another person to create multiple profiles or use another Worker's profile. We reserve the right to remove or refuse, temporarily or permanently, the Worker's access to website if the profile contains inaccurate or false information, or if we can reasonably suspect that it contains incorrect or false information, without any warning or any compensation.

If in doubt, we may also ask you to prove your identity based on written evidence and we can proceed to any verification that might be useful in this context. If you do not respond to such a request, we reserve the right to delete your profile or to deny you access to website the without notice and without any compensation.

The Worker may modify his profile ("My Account") at any time. The Worker must keep his profile up-to-date.

A Worker must be at least 16 years old to use the website.


5. Obligations

5.1 Prohibition to use the data for any purpose other than personal

You are not allowed to pass on information you obtain through the website to third parties for commercial purposes or any purposes not to be considered part of the normal use of the website

5.2 Acts and prohibited conduct

Trust is essential. Each User agrees to behave appropriately and respectfully toward other Users. It is strictly prohibited to any User to adopt any inappropriate, racist, discriminatory behaviour or any act that is contrary to the principles of morality or to use a profile picture that violates the foregoing. A User may not post any inappropriate, racist, discriminatory, offensive or immoral declaration in the description of his profile or deliver such declaration through the chat or rating function offered by the website.

The website cannot be used for fraudulent purposes, to commit unlawful acts or exchange illegal material or content or in general, it is forbidden to use website in a way that is unrelated to the services that is offered.

Everybody at Work reserves the right to deny access, either temporarily or permanently, to the website to any User who does not comply with this article, or to remove any declaration or profile picture contrary to this article, without any warning nor any right to compensation.

5.3 Compliance with legal obligations

Each User agrees to comply with all laws applicable in the context of its use of the website.

Everybody at Work points out to Users that the use of the website may result in legal obligations for the User, for example in the areas of social security, taxation or insurance. Every User is required to seek him/herself the necessary advice. If necessary, each User must himself take the necessary steps to ensure that he/she is in compliance with all applicable legal requirements. In no case can Everybody at Work be held liable for damages, fines or penalties arising from the fact that a user has failed to comply with these obligations.


6. User Reviews

Trust is essential. Therefore, Everybody at Work has developed a rating system by which Users can give each other a score between one and five stars. Users agree to make that assessment in an objective and conscientious manner. By creating a profile, Users accept that they can be subject to a review. If a User finds that a specific review is incorrect, he can report it to

Everybody at Work is not responsible for its minor breaches. In no event can Everybody at Work be held liable for any damage resulting from the unavailability of the website or the loss of data or information provided on the website.

In no event, Everybody at Work can be held liable for any indirect damage such as loss of opportunity or sunk costs. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the liability of Everybody at Work in the context of these T&C is limited to 100 EUR.


8. Availability of the website

We provide all reasonable efforts to keep our services accessible 24/7 for a maximum of Users. In case of interruption, we will provide the resources that we find most appropriate to remedy to the disruption as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to suspend access to the website for technical or other reasons, and this without any liability for these interruptions and the possible consequences thereof to you or third parties.


9. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the website and copyright related to all stored documents, presentations and available on the website are either the property of Everybody at Work or their use is properly authorized. All such rights are reserved.

The User acknowledges, agrees and warrants that Everybody at Work and its service providers have a non-exclusive, universal, unlimited, irrevocable, free of charge (with right to sublicense) license to use any text, photo or information that the user would place on the website, in the context of the operation of the Service.


10. Invalidity and/or unenforceability

If these T&C or a part of them should be considered illegal, invalid or otherwise in any way unenforceable, then to the extent that they are illegal, invalid or unenforceable, they should be treated as severable from these T&C and should be removed. The T&C remaining will be left unchanged, in full force, preserving all their effect and continue to be mandatory and enforceable.


11. Force majeure

Everybody at Work will not be liable for all violations of these T&C due to circumstances which reasonably escape its control.


12. Delete your profile

Everybody at Work reserves the right to delete your profile, if you have not used the website for a consecutive period of six months.

The Website and all material and information available through the Website are provided "as is" and on an "as and when" available basis. Everybody at Work does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, suitability, timeliness, completeness, performance or fitness for a particular purpose of the Website or any material and information available through the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Website is suitable for your intended purposes. No responsibility is accepted by or on behalf of Everybody at Work for any errors, omissions, or any inaccurate material or information on the Website; especially regarding material or information provided by Users.

Everybody at Work will take reasonable steps to inform you in advance of the planned unavailability of the Website. Everybody at Work does not guarantee that the Website or any material or information will be continuously available.

You also acknowledge and agree that the operation of the Website is dependent upon the proper and effective functioning of the Internet and other third party equipment and services, and that we do not guarantee and will not be liable for these in any way.

Although Everybody at Work attempts to ensure that the information contained in this Website is accurate and up-to- date, Everybody at Work shall not be liable for any loss or any damage arising out of or in connection with access or use of the Website except that nothing herein excludes or limits any liability for losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law.

15. Computer Viruses, Worms and Trojan Horses

Everybody at Work uses reasonable endeavours to protect this Website from computer viruses, worms and Trojan horses. Everybody at Work does not warrant that the Website are free from computer viruses, worms and Trojan horses and accept no liability whatsoever for any damage that may result from the transmission of any computer viruses, worms or Trojan Horses via the Website or via any files which are available for you to download from the Website.


16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute between Everybody at Work and a User, both parties agree to attempt to settle amicably at first. If no settlement can be reached within one month after the dispute arises, the User can, if appropriate, refer the dispute either to the courts of the place where the User has his/her residence or either to the Brussels courts. Everybody at Work will always raise the dispute before the courts of the place where the User has his/her residence.

In the case of a dispute between two Users, we remind you that Everybody at Work is not party to such dispute, and therefore will not in any way intervene in this dispute.
